Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use your own rights and permissions

Use Voyager Studio for lawful creative work. You must be at least 18 and have the permissions needed for uploaded images, reference material, brands, and likenesses. Check your outputs before using or publishing them. These rules form part of the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited uses

Do not use Voyager Studio to create, edit, distribute, or facilitate:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit adult content, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized removal of third-party trademarks or ownership marks, or violations of privacy or publicity rights.
• Fraud, fake endorsements or reviews, harassment, threats, hateful abuse, or unlawful conduct.
• Unauthorized access, disclosure of another person’s private information, or attempts to bypass service security or provider safeguards.

3. Report a concern

Email support with the content URL or identifier, a description of the concern, your relationship to the affected rights or person, and relevant evidence. Include a way to contact you. Do not send passwords, payment card details, unnecessary identity documents, or illegal content as an attachment. If you do not have a URL, describe where and when you encountered the material.

4. Review and action

We review complaints using relevant records and may ask the reporter or affected user for clarification. A report is an allegation, not proof. Depending on the evidence and seriousness, we may request correction, remove or disable access to content, or suspend workspace access. Urgent protective action may be necessary before a review is complete.

We do not manually inspect every generation before delivery and do not guarantee that all prohibited uses will be prevented. These are contractual requirements supported by investigation and enforcement when issues are reported or otherwise identified.

5. Ask for reconsideration

Reply to the decision message or contact support with the case reference and any new evidence or explanation. We will review the information and communicate the outcome where we can. We may limit disclosure to protect other people’s privacy, security, or legal obligations.
