1. About the service

Voyager Studio is an online creative workspace for generating and editing images, developing brand assets, and organizing work in campaigns. These Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy govern your use of the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Contact us using the support address below.

By using Voyager Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you use a workspace for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Voyager Studio. The service is intended for adult creators and business teams, and is not offered to minors. This is an eligibility requirement; it does not mean that we verify every user’s age.

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for invitations, membership, and permissions. Do not share access in a way that bypasses your plan’s seat entitlements.

3. Your content and AI results

You retain the rights you hold in the images, prompts, logos, and other materials you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit, process, and use those materials, including permission to use a person’s image or a third party’s work when required.

You give us permission to host, transmit, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service, deliver your requested edits, support your workspace, and investigate reported misuse. This includes processing by the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy.

AI results can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review results before publishing or relying on them. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or clearance of third-party rights. Your ability to use an output remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms applicable to the selected provider.

4. Plans, credits, and payments

The pricing page, billing screen, and checkout show the applicable price, currency, billing period, credits, seats, and any taxes before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Annual payment does not turn monthly credit allowances into a single annual allowance.

Credits represent access to operations within Voyager Studio. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are subject to the grant expiry shown in the service. Free allowances renew at the next UTC calendar month; paid allowances follow their monthly credit windows.

Eligible paid workspaces may buy credit packs. Extra seats are a separate monthly subscription available on eligible tiers and can have a different renewal date. Tier upgrades may require a new full-price checkout. Review the confirmation screen before changing a plan or seats.

Dodo acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Dodo. Its checkout terms also apply to those transactions. Our Refunds & Cancellation page explains how to cancel or request payment support. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

5. Acceptable use and complaints

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for your inputs, your use of outputs, and respecting other people’s rights. We do not manually review every generation before it is delivered.

We may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including requesting clarification, removing or disabling access to content, or suspending workspace access. A complaint alone does not establish a violation. Urgent protective action may be taken where necessary for serious harm, legal obligations, or service security. You may ask us to reconsider a decision with relevant evidence.

6. Availability and ending use

Service availability and AI results depend in part on external providers. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result. Keep copies of work important to you. Where the law permits, the service is provided as available; this does not exclude protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. Cancel recurring subscriptions separately to stop future renewals. Contact support for account or data deletion requests. Ending access does not automatically erase records that must be retained for accounting, security, legal claims, or other lawful purposes.

7. Changes and questions

We will update the date on this page when these Terms change and communicate material changes through the service or an appropriate contact channel. Changes do not remove rights already accrued or mandatory protections. Contact us to raise a concern or resolve a dispute; you retain any right to seek remedies through the authorities or courts available under applicable law.
