1. Cancel future renewals
Manage your subscription from the workspace billing settings and the customer portal available there. Canceling a subscription normally stops its next renewal, with access continuing until the paid period ends unless the cancellation screen states otherwise.
Extra seats are billed through a separate subscription. Review its status as well as your main plan. Stopping use, deleting local files, or contacting support with a content complaint does not by itself cancel a subscription. If you cannot access billing, contact support before renewal where possible.
2. Request a refund or payment correction
Contact support with the account email, order reference, purchase date, and the reason for your request. Examples include a duplicate charge, an unauthorized purchase, or a service failure. Do not send full card details. We review requests individually using the transaction and service records, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.
Canceling does not automatically refund a completed payment or unused credits. A refund may revoke the associated paid access or credits, including an adjustment where credits have already been used. We will explain the effect relevant to your request.
3. Purchases through Polar
Polar is the merchant of record for purchases completed through its checkout. We coordinate payment issues with Polar; your receipt also provides purchase information and payment support options. Any approved refund is processed through the payment provider, and bank processing times vary.
4. Your statutory rights
This policy does not exclude any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights available under applicable law. Where a statutory right applies, it takes priority over a conflicting statement here or in our Terms.
