1. Scope and contact
This policy describes personal information handled in operating Voyager Studio. Contact our team at the support address below for privacy questions or requests. Workspace administrators may also control information and access within their own organizations.
2. Information we handle
We handle information you provide and records created when you use the service, including:
- Account and profile details, such as your name, email, profile image, Google sign-in identifier, and language preferences.
- Workspace memberships and permissions, campaigns, prompts, uploaded and generated images, brand assets, and saved editing history.
- Plan, credit usage, subscription, checkout, and order references needed to deliver and support purchases. Card entry is handled by Dodo and its payment providers; Voyager does not collect your full card number through its own forms.
- Technical and operational records, including request identifiers, timestamps, errors, usage records, and connection information processed by our hosting and security providers.
- Support correspondence, content complaints, and the relevant evidence supplied with those requests.
3. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, perform requested generations and edits, save work, calculate credit usage, fulfill purchases, and provide support. We also use relevant records to maintain reliability, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on performing our service agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, or consent where required. Which basis applies depends on the processing and your location.
4. Providers and other recipients
Vercel provides application hosting. Supabase supports authentication, databases, and file storage. Google supports Google sign-in. Depending on the feature and model selected, prompts, images, and relevant generation parameters are sent to OpenAI, Google, or fal.ai and the model services it makes available to process your request.
Dodo and its payment providers handle checkout and payment processing. Their privacy terms apply to information they collect directly. Information may also be accessible to authorized people in your workspace according to its permissions, and to personnel who need it to provide support or investigate a reported issue.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights and service security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards must apply to those transfers. Provider retention and processing terms vary; do not submit sensitive or confidential material unless you are authorized to do so.
6. Retention and security
Saved work and account records are kept to support your workspace until deleted or no longer needed. Billing, usage, support, and complaint records may need to remain longer for reconciliation, legal obligations, security, or dispute handling. Backups and provider records may follow separate retention cycles. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup when an item is deleted.
Access controls and workspace permissions help protect data, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Share only information that you are permitted to provide, and contact support if you believe an account or file has been exposed.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or restrictions on or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it and raise concerns with a relevant data protection authority.
Send requests from your account email where possible and describe the information or workspace involved. We may need to verify your authority without collecting unnecessary identity information. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fully completing a request.
8. Age eligibility and updates
Voyager Studio is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a minor is using the service or has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We will update this page when our practices change and communicate material changes as appropriate.
